I love this video "What Can Achashverosh Teach You?" ... It lifted me up. Sometimes I get discouraged, but no matter, Hashem has given me abilities to accomplish certain things and I must not produce what is "just enough" even when I am discouraged... but I must produce to the maximum level of abilities that Hashem has given me. It is a great thing to do (to act) according to your maximum capabilities. Thanks for this video Reply
