Hundreds of BU students came together to honor Asher Strobel of blessed memory, a second year student at Binghamton that passed away on Jan. 6 2011, Shvat 1 5771 at the age of 21. BU interim president MaGrath, Asher's brother, Chabad Rabbis, Rivkah Slonim and many of Asher's friends spoke movingly about Asher and his impact on all who knew him.
