Cholent Cook Off
Making a good Cholent is serious business. Choosing the BEST Cholent is downright difficult. Especially if it’s at the Chabad Cholent Cook Off; they were all delicious!
The winners this year were Oren Rasekh and Paul Brick. Yasher Koach guys!
Dessert Bake Off
An incredible array of desserts were entered into this year's competition. The hordes of ecstatic tasters of the eleven delicacies were the lucky winners that night!

Amid much happiness and no small measure of tears graduating seniors as well as their younger peers said good-bye" for now" at the last Shabbat of this year. A reception preceded the class picture which was followed by candle lighting and services. During dinner many seniors spoke movingly about their time in Binghamton and what Chabad meant to them. We look forward to welcoming them back home as alumni.

This favorite among programs lived up to its name with hundreds of students braving a torrential downpour to enjoy one last hurrah at Chabad for this semester. Bagels with cream cheese and pancakes topped with friendship taste awesome in the wee hours of the morning!

It was a fabulous celebration. Seniors gathered for an exclusive Wine and Cheese event at which they were feted with individual gift presentations, a slide show in which they starred, and thought provoking and humorous remarks by graduate "Gonzo" Sinensky and Alum Dr. Steven Katz "91 who came from Florida for the occasion. Also honored this year was outgoing President Lois B. DeFleur who shared parting reflections with the assembled.

Incredible. Transforming. Unforgettable. Fun filled. These words don't even begin to describe the birthright trip taken by a bus load of Binghamton students this Summer. Led by Rabbi Levi Slonim, the group enjoyed 10 days of trips, new Jewish experiences, and bonding in Israel that can only be described as truly "coming home." We can't wait to go back, but until then the closest thing to Friday night at the Wall is Chabad!

The smell of delicious home-made challah filled the AEPhi sorority houses! Rochel and the AEPhi sisters enjoyed making challah dough, fulfilling the mitzvah of challah, and shaping beautiful loaves. And of course, tasting and sharing the finished products!
